Incorporation :

A leading construction organization styled as M/s VARAHA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a registered firm was carrying out road construction since 1980 to foray into the road construction business and since then it has completed number of prestigious projects.

Mr. Mufat Singh who is also the Proprietor of the company formed in 1980. Since then it is closely working under the able guidance of Mr. Singh. Initially the company was run single handedly by Mr. Mufat Singh Rao and the work area was constraint mostly in Western Rajasthan only. All the three sons of proprietor are young, dynamic, dedicated to work and competent managers and have joined the hands of Shree Mufat Singh Rao & strengthen his hand in 2002-2003 and the company has expanded its area of operation from Rajasthan to Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Bihar and also from traditional work of Rajasthan PWD to other departments and organization like NHAI, RAILWAY DEPARTMENT, MPRDC, RIDCOR, RSRDC, UIT & MPRRDA.

Transformation of VCC (Varaha Construction Company) to VIL (Varaha Infra Ltd)

In order to fit in the corporate culture, the Proprietor and the Promoters of Varaha Construction Company formed a Public Limited Company named ‘Varaha Infra Limited (VIL)’ incorporated on 11.04.2008 by Mr. Mufat Singh Rao and his other family members. The Company has been incorporated to undertake infrastructure activities like Construction, Maintenance, Up-gradation of Roads, BOT Projects, Bridges, and Railways. The Company has taken over business, and assets of M/s Varaha Construction Company.

Board of Directors :

Mr Prem Singh Rao:

Mr. Prem Singh Rao, aged 35 years is actively participating in present business, since last over 12 years. After completing his education he has joined the family business is actively coordinating the entire activities, including the PRO work. He is having active experience and has mastered the implementation process of the works undertaken.

Mr Jagdev Singh Rao:

Mr. Jagdev Singh Rao, a graduate, young and dynamic, aged 28 years is actively associated with his father and controlling outstation sites at Madhya Pradesh and other places. He is associated in the present business since last over 8 years and is in active control of outstation projects. He has very harmonious relations with the entire supervisory and skilled staff and mastering of delivering the output as per projections. He actively associates himself in the planning and execution of the projects. The promoters are busy drawing road map for next five years, where down the line they see themselves in an elated position. They are adaptable to change, ready to take challenges and meet deadlines. Side-by-side they are also building their infrastructure by investing entire cash accruals in capex.

Office Setup :

Company’s Head Office is recently shifted to the Newly build Office Building Comprising of 16,000 Sq Ft. floor area in four floors having Ultra Modern facilities. It is fully computerized and equipped with latest equipments.

A regular reporting system viz. DPR (Daily Progress Report), WPR (Weekly Progress Report) and MPR (Monthly Progress Report) is done to the Head Office on basis of that all the site works are minutely monitored at Senior Level, which from time to time suggest and assist the site staff to achieve the projected targets.
